Christine Ruiz Hopkins was born and raised in Galveston, Texas. Her professional roles have kept her in the public eye and she's well known in her community. She's an avid traveler and slowly tackling her travel bucket list. Christine's love for wine prompted her to join Scout & Cellar as a wine consultant so, during her free time, she shares clean-crafted wine. She continues to make Galveston her home with her long-haired Chihuahua and longtime boyfriend.
